Starting in 2019, EVENT MGMT has worked closely with the Whethan team to build a variety of visuals and stages for performances varying from Ultra Music Festival to Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, Colorado. From stage designs to show direction, EVENT MGMT has provided a wide array of production related services to assist the Whethan team in every facet of his show.

This relationship began with the development of custom visuals for Whethans debut performance at Ultra Music Festival. Over the course of a month leading up to Ultra, EVENT MGMT completely overhauled the Whetahn visual performance. Our staff of visual creatives worked closely with both the artist and management in order to create, and implement, this new visual direction.

Following the success of Ultra, EVENT MGMT developed the Flower Design to compliment Whethans headlining and festival performances. This stage design was inspired by his debut album “Life of a Wallflower Vol. 1”. By creating a massive custom fabricated LED flower, EVENT MGMT was able to bring an element of the Whethan brand to life. EVENT MGMT worked hand in hand bringing the gap between the artist's team and a variety of vendors and fabrication companies in order to design, transport, and implement this project. This start to finish workflow is a perfect example of the comprehensive services EVENT MGMT offers.
